Manages financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliation, asset management, and ensuring accuracy of all financial transactions.
Credit Department
Handles loan processing, evaluation, disbursement, recovery monitoring, and ensuring compliance with credit policies for responsible lending.
Information Technology (ICT) Department
Responsible for system administration, network security, CBS support, website management, and ensuring smooth digital operations across the SACCO.
Front Office Services (FOSA)
Provides customer service, handles cash operations, member onboarding, savings transactions, withdrawals, and day-to-day service delivery.
Human Resource
Oversees staff welfare, recruitment, training, performance management, workplace discipline, and creating a productive organizational culture.
